Nintendo Sued for Defective Wii Wrist Straps

Law firm Green Welling has filed a nationwide class action lawsuit against Nintendo of America on behalf of Wii owners for the defective wrist straps of the Wiimote that have caused so many injuries.
The lawsuit also seeks an injunction that requires Nintendo to correct the defect in the Wii remote and to provide a refund to the purchaser or to replace the defective Wii remote with a Wii remote that functions as it is warranted and intended. the company said in a press statement.

www.wiihaveaproblem.com, has compiled a list of injuries caused by defective Wiimote straps. Some of them are in the limit between funny and life-threatening.
