Ok, here they are as suggested by joeyboy777 ... tell me what you think, and post up your goals too.
LONG TERM GOALS - I really only have one long term goal and that is to be a solid 225 lbs, sitting around 10% bf. To me that is not too big, and not too skinny, in that just perfect range. Strength is also a huge factor to me, so I would like to push all my wieghts up, benching double my body wieght is where i want to be.
SHORT TERM GOALS (be very specific) - realisticly i want to get down to around 210lbs by around october. shouldnt be too hard to do if i keep to my diet and do what im suppose to.
PAYOFFS and BENEFITS - getting up in the morning and liking what I see in the mirror. I dont give a shit about anyone else, my goals are for me ya know.
ACTION PLAN - stick to my ckd and workout schedual till i'm down to 210 or so. from there use daves clean bulking 101, and some 'supps' to pack on 10 lbs of solid muscle around november. placing me between 220 and 225.
