Default I Need Help

Umm I really think I messed something up. I have been lifting hard for a few weeks. I somehow injured my sholder, I think it was by inclining. The problem is I thought I was just sleeping on it wrong. It hurt on the inner part(where the rotator is) At first week it felt nothing more then me sleeping on it wrong. Now it has been 2 weeks and I am really in pain. I can rotate my solder when my arm is tucked 360* but if my arm is out at any angle, it is very painful. It has gotten to the point that just doing everyday functions are very painful. I am going to be going to the doctor eventually but i need suggestions on what i should do now. If there is anyway to calm the pain or help it not get anyworse. I think it is my rotator cuff and I HOPE it is not anything too serious. If you know anything on this topic please give your exportise.

Now you can put a negative effect..

Sorry, I know this isn't a laughing matter..I just saw irony in that..

I would advise you to stop lifting completely and see a doctor. My shoulder's and pecs were feeling very tight/pulling, and I kept on trucking. After you get an MRI, you'll know the extent of your injury.

Yes i was, also i dont think this is conected to superdrol. If anything I put it in an odd position while lifting, or just over lifting. Not quite sure how it would actually effect it...

If its been two weeks and you have intensifying pain then I would go see a doctor immediately and stop lifting until you see one. Anything we tell you is just a blind guess.

Best of luck with it though, hopefully it doesn't keep you out of the gym for too long.

You definitely need to see a doctor like Sleazy said. In the meantime:

I put in a shoulders article here which may be helpful if only in narrowing down things to discuss with your doctor.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
