can anyone advice me.i dont know the proper way of grip(thumb and other four fingers same side or thumb aside+4 fingers other side) how palms facing during bench press.

Having the thumb on the same side as the fingers is considered a "false" grip and it is unsafe. The thumb should opposite the fingers. Just think of being able to grip a bar properly as what what separates us from the lower primates
