Default is physique 'bodybuilding'?
what do you all think about physique and bikini? in your opinion do they qualify as 'bodybuilding'? i say YES.

yet, does anyone feel like almost any 18 year old that works out could literally walk on stage and place top 5 in physique?

I depends due to passion and interest in that particular field.. But It is not necessary though.

It depend on how dedicated she is toward it If it is then yes she can feel like this.
