I found a thread in JP Fitness where an email Alwyn sent to Lyle is posted. The email also contains a mail thread from 2006 between Lyle and Alwyn. There are always two sides to a story.

LOL, so Alwynn's side is basically we used the same studies, fine. What isn't fine is when something is taken literally WORD for WORD to make a profit. Compounded to that is that "other side of the story" where he what? 'Forgets' to follow through and quote him??
