Question about the front of my legs
when i run or jog the front of my legs i guess you call it the schin area gets very tight and it get kinda hard to run or jog. my muscles get super tight and they kinda stiffen up or atleast i think its my muscles that are hurting. someone said somethin about schin splints but i dont know what that is. any help would be great, thanks yall
