Default Ok... Rocky movies molded my childhood... so I'm in on this...

I still get teary eyed, wanna hit the gym and and wanna beat some bad-guys ass... all at the same time... in Rocky 2, when Adrian wakes from her post-birth coma and says to Rocky, "I want you do do something for me." Then Rock asks what. And Adrian says, "Win... I want you to win!"

Damn... I'm gettin jazzed just from typing this.

It's hard for me to pick a favorite Rocky movie because I was a different age at each one.

Rocky I - Toddler
Rocky II - Elementary School
Rocky III - Elementary
Rocky IV - Middle
Rocky V - High... really high... but I was in High School too
Rocky 6 (my roman numerals only go so far..lol) - Adult

So each movie affected me differently. I thought each movie was the best, when I saw it for the first time. However, I think... if backed in a corner and forced to choose a favorite... I'd pick III. The element of Rock loosing, then being trained by his enemy who becomes his best friend, after Mickey died... well that was pretty bad-ass!

And who doesn't remember Rock beating Apollo, for the first time, sprinting on the beach.

I have seen all his movies (I think) and enjoyed them, but I really don't have a favorite

ya i guess it truley is hard to pick. guess it just depends on my mood. I think the sadest scene in all of them is when Apollo dies in Rockys arms.
It is great when Rocky does beat Apollo on the beach.
I did grow up on 3. Porbably saw it more times in the first 5 years of my life then most people 2 or 3 times my age.
When Rocky Balboa came out i saw it the day it come out first showing. Teared me up a little. Glad i went by myself. I think Paulie got the best dramatic scene when he was talking about how bad he treated her. I liked that Spider was back. Best comedic line goes to him for 'Dont make me fight you again last time you got lucky' haha love it
Most insperational line has to be Its not about how hard you can hit its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, Its about how much you can take and keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done'
guess ill be watching Rocky Balboa after my workout.
