Default New Gym!

Powerlifting only! Great guy who lives about 6 miles away from me that has a huge garage FULL of stuff!

- Monolift
- Prowler
- Sleds
- Glute ham machine
- Reverse hypers
- 2 cages
- TOS of bands, chains, boards, ect
- 3 chalk pits
- All bars: football, cambered, buffalo, fat, ect
- DB's past 200 lbs lol

I just got back. One of the guys who lifts there is the head of one of the powerlifting feds that usually hands out tons of inzer goods. Most of the guys there squat in the 800's, and many do westside training. It costs nothing more than to respect everyone lifting there!

Happy to report I don't need to buy chains anymore LOL!

DANNNNG! Way to go, DH!! How many other peeps train there? As obvious as it sounds, what is a chalk pit, or what is it used for?

Sounds like it is worth the price of admission then

That is really cool. I know that the gym where I train (just a section of a warehouse) is very similar, only strongman oriented, not so much with the power racks and bands and stuff, though we have those too. When most guys walk in it is like they have found the lost arc or something.

Should be great for your training too.
