Well I don't have a calculator Verb. I do have some more accurate guidelines to predict your potential for carrying muscle on your frame but nothing can really calculate anything. They have nothing to do with ankles and wrists btw.

Some people have very thick ankles and wrists. That same person may have a very small difference ratio between their hips and shoulders. So while the ankle and wrist measurements would make it seem like they could gain a tremendous amount their actual frame size would say different.

We also see from fossil evidence that low and behold bones actually thicken and grow at attachment points. Obviously to become stronger as the tendons and muscles become larger and stronger so that the bone can withstand the greater forces at play.

So no one can really tell you what your genetic potential really is. This is fun to play with and it may give a fairly good rough estimate but if you were to do a big study you'd prob find a whole lot of variation.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Wrists: Little over 7" (way too tiny for me), Ankles: 9.75" Height: 71 inches

Lean body weight: 205.8
Chest Size (inches): 48.6
Upper Arms Size (inches): 16.8
Forearms Size (inches): 13.4
Neck Size (inches): 16.57
Thighs Size (inches): 26.1
Calfs Size (inches): 17.6

Since I have small wrists (or at least I think I do) I think this brought down alot of the arm numbers especially when their are only three variables. The legs on the other hand are fairly close (thanks DFT).

Shoot, I measured my wrists wrong. I didn't read where it says to measure the "styloid process" so I measured below it toward the elbow.

Lean body weight: 192
Chest Size (inches): 46.5
Upper Arms Size (inches): 16
Forearms Size (inches): 12.8
Neck Size (inches): 15.8
Thighs Size (inches): 25
Calfs Size (inches):16.9

So according to this I'm pretty much past my limit. Slayer you can catch up to me now no problem!

One question. Does anyone know if these measurments are taken when your pumped (right after a workout) or normal ? Flexed or not ?
