Here's my suggestion....enjoy your time away from the gym and have fun with your family. You can't focus on your training and diet 365 days a year. Have fun, splurge a little, but don't go overboard. As long as your not getting ready for a competition its not that big of a deal.
If you've been going hard since January your body could probably use a rest anyhow and it will really help to clear your mind. I personally take a lot of week long excursions during the summer and just make sure I hit my training super hard when I am in town. Overall the time away won't hurt your gains that much as long as you do damage control, hell it might even help. :bigok: |
I know what you mean sleazy. The good news if i'm definitely not training for any competition, only self-gritification. I'll post again when I get back. I think I want to post some photos up along with my goals, that way you guys can track my progress and give advice.
thanks again! |
Yeah, GSX, do what you can when you're away, eat well, and be sure to consume BCAAs, like glutamine, which help to reduce muscle loss (like during recovery from an injury). When you get back, you'll probably be more motivated than before!!! Have fun, and take pictures to show us!!

Just eat....A LOT. :) Unless you decide to cut. I'm glad you're liking the bi's & back and tri's & chest combos. |
