Default Yoga

At the risk of losing all heterosexual credibility, has anyone here ever done yoga? One of my really good girl friends dragged me along to this place in Santa Monica last week, and although I was skeptical at first, it was pretty awesome. I often found my muscles shaking and I was sweating quite a bit towards the end. It was actually a pretty good workout. At the end when we were just lying on the mat, it was one of the best feelings I've ever had. No joke. I'm probably going to go again today. If you guys haven't tried it yet, you should check it out.

I do some yoga every once in a while. It's mainly a good stretch/relaxation thing for me.

If you ever get a chance, try the Bikram yoga. It's pretty intense.

I use to go once a week and I loved it. One of the best workouts I've had. We have this one class, which I can't wait to try, call yoga for athletes. It sounds like it's going to be intense. And if you can find a Bikram studio I also recommend it. there is one by my house I just found and can't wait to try that one too.

I have done it, but @ home. I don't really care what people think in regards to sexuality, since it is the person that determines that, not the activity. It is very fun, and relaxing, though! Oh, I love ballet, too, what a good stretching activity.

I was kidding about ballet. It's a nice, graceful art form, but not for me.

I am also doing yoga.
I was introduce to yoga by my friend two months ago.
After every session I feel relax.
