whats up guys, and IK.

my prom is saturday and im going stag. i did ask a few girls but they had excuses not to go with me so w/e. i just wanted to get some suggestions on what a non-driver like myself should do and expectations for the kinds of girls available and what i should bring along. stuff like that.

Don't worry about the prom. Make sure you get invited to the after party at someone's house. Bring your own beverages (if that's your thing) and have some fun. Pace yourself early and wait for all the girls that turned you down to see you with their "beer goggles" on.. You'll be the man!..

Have you ever seen "Revenge of the Nerds" when that really hot chick kept saying how nasty that head nerd was.. Until she started tipping a few back and it was really dark?! LMAO!

im not into the hole drinking think, but ill deffinately try to finagle (get) my way into some kind of party afterwards.

Have fun at the afterparty

while your there just be easy, I'm sure there are a lot of people going stag. Have fun, be social, and dont sweat it. both proms I went to I had a horrible time at, but the after parties were fantastic.

prom was pretty fun, danced with a couple girls (one of which i rode there with). didn't go to an after party, just drove around for an hour and a half, it was still fun though. not exactly worth the 150 bucks i spent on a tux and a ticket though.

That's awesome. Prom is always an experience. I'm glad you were able to step up and make the best of it.

thanks ross, it was a real confidence boost to finally get to dance with a few girls that weight less then me, lol.

There is nothing wrong with going stag, most people who tell you that are the ones who are being dragged around by there dates all night and look miserable. I never went stag to prom but for other dances I did and I always had a much better time without a date.

Just don't do what my buddy did and drive your car into someone's house the next morning...kind of ruins the party.
