TSN Nutrition
I recently purchased some product online from this outfit. To my surprise they charged my debit card 3 times. I spent all morning tracking them down by phone and email with no success. Yesterday, I had the credit posted to my bank and someone went in behind me and charged my account again this morning. When I finaly did get through, their customer service rep had the cajones to tell me it's no big deal and that it happens all the time. Really? I work at a company where we handle credit card transactions on a daily basis. We don't do this. He blamed his credit card service and told me it was no big deal and that I would have to wait 5 business days to get my funds.
Needless to say, I will never buy from TSN Nutrition again and I will tell my bodybuilding community to be wary and to buy from them at their own risk.
