I've always found this kinda stuff impressive. And alteast these guys dont seem to be trying to pass this off as martial arts.

I have been doing the XSD program for the past month. It has really improved my flexibility although I am the eldest and least flexible member of the class it is still a great challenge. It’s pretty much a mixture of martial arts with acrobatic sessions on Saturdays. It’s a long way from my place about 1.5 hours by trains and buses but I think it is worth it.
