Music is a very big part of my life and everything I listen to helps me in lifting and getting in the zone. right now it's Lamb of God.

That's because our gym tends to play a lot of the gayest shit I've ever heard..If the person singing the songs appeared on American Idol, it's playing loud and proud.

ya our music sucks ass...i wish i could get ahold of the key and figure out how to change the station...or maybe ill just bring in my own stereo

I usually normally listen to anything with a good beat, I never pay attention to the song I use my headphones to drone out the sounds around me. Then again If i had to listen to techno beats my 1 rep maxes go down 50 lbs at least.
