"Cold Blooded" By Ol' Dirty Bastard, because it's so bad it gets me angry to listen to it. I usually dont listen to music when I workout, because I dont wanna break my ipod on something in the gym, and it gets in my way. When I do though, I mostly listen to anything though depends on the mood. Rock, metal, etc.

once im in the gym i lose all focus on everything except for lifting. thats all i care about while im there. IMO who cares about what you listen to, your there to work out not listen to music you can do that at home...

to each his own. Not all of use can do what you do.

Music is a very big part of my life and everything I listen to helps me in lifting and getting in the zone. right now it's Lamb of God.

That's because our gym tends to play a lot of the gayest shit I've ever heard..If the person singing the songs appeared on American Idol, it's playing loud and proud.
