Default would taking speed pills before workout help get a better workout

is that a good idea.i do have heart problems but i thought maybe every once in a while to help with my workouts

what do you mean by speed pills? Besides you said you have a heart problem, so you do the math.

If just the thought of getting in the shape you want to get in, doesnt inspire your training sesions on there own...your not gonna make it
