Default Yay! Its Tendonitis

So I just got back from the doctor and it seems as though I have tendonitis in my elbow. I have had a some pain in my elbow over the past two weeks while doing my triceps and any exercise that involved pushing with my tris. It got so bad last week that I couldn't even do 1 rep on my tris during my normal skullcrusher routine. Because of this I have to take a break from doing my entire tricep workout for two weeks and any exercises that put pressure on that muscle, including bench :(

It could be a tear or hairline fracture he said, but I trust him that it is just from overuse and going really heavy on my overheads and skullcrushers. Hopefully in two weeks everything is getting better and I don't have to look into getting xrays.

No real reason for this post, just wanted to bitch about how much it sucks to be sidelined from doing one of your favorite muscle group.

That's exactly what it is, but, for me, usually the tennis elbow only lasts for a day or so after, well, playing tennis or winging curveballs for an hour.

Good news. A little time off is part of the program anyway. Great opportunity to hit those legs extra hard.
