Thursday 080814

Three rounds for time of:
50 Jump rope, double unders
50 Hip Extensions
50 GHD Sit-ups


I don't have a jump rope so I just did 4 rounds of the 50 and 50 with no rest in between. I didn't time it but it was only like 10 minutes.
