i have realized that it is impossible for me to do 1 day on, 1 day off kinda stuff..

but i love the 5x5 plan...

so i have made it into a 2 day split which i will keep on repeating..
Once you start lifting heavier weight, you'll have to consider revising that killer amount of volume. You may not see the big picture now, but I advise you to read up on the effects of heavy(er) training on the CNS.

oh.. i din't know that..

hmm...

i'll have to really think about this and get back to you..

see, the problem is this:

from jan 3rd to feb 3rd i am going to be extremely irregular to the gym.. i hav exams and tests and stuff.. so this routine is just temporary (for now)

i guess when i finish my exams, i'll come up with arocking rouitne which adheres to all the principles..

ya.. i get your point 0311... your right.. thanks... i'll get back to you regarding this later (mostly after my mock exams)

ok...

guys... i appologize for this...

after talking to 0311, i have come to the conclusion that i am horribly confused.

what are my goals you ask?
well, i honestly don't know.

0311 said that my modification of 5x5 is shit: i agree.
i squatted 70 kgs and deadlifted 100 for 5 reps. i was fucked. there was no way i would have been able to do rows and pull-ups.

so, i am gonna go on a bulking rouitne for mass...

i will also be doing solid cardio to burn up some fat....

i guess this thread was useless then..

well, i will start a new journal soon...

my first cycle will actually begin on thursday..

peace.
