Default OVT - 2 Day 4

OVT - 2 Day 4
27th February 2006
Monday

Abs

so i didnt go to the gym today... but i did some ab work with 100% sincerity at home nonetheless...

Abdominal Workout

i performed three circuits for abs...

Circuit 1:

1.) Flat Crunches with different leg angles - 50 reps
2.) Flat Reverse Crunches - 25 reps
3.) Flat Leg Raises - 25 reps

Circuit 2 and 3:

1.) Flat Crunches with different leg angel - 50 reps
2.) Flat Reverse Crunches - 25 Reps
3.) Flat Leg Raises - 25 reps
4.) Flat airball cycling for 60-90 seconds
5.) Flat Crunches with feet on floor - 20 reps

Time taken to complete entire abdominal workout = 15 minutes

Overall Impression:

1.) Abs are crying already

Anuj, RDL stands for Romanian Deadlifts

Check out Dave's thread for reference, and there is a discussion on RDL's there.

Also here, here, and here.

Google pullthroughs, there are articles at T-nation and bb.com.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

We all placed bets to see when you'd give up on OVT (ie the pool) and I picked March 6th
