Default 7/28 B and 7/30 A

Late update:

Mon 7/28 B

Squat: 200 up 5 kept due to only lifting once last week
Overheads: 100 up 5
Rows: don't know. Had to use some weird bar that was an unknown weight. Next time will be 165.
B/T/A/P: done

Wed 7/30 A

Squat: 205 up 5
Bench:165 missed last rep.. don't know why this was so hard
DL: (using straps again, much easier!) 305 up 5
B/T/A/P: done

Weight today (Wed 7/30) was 166.6. I'll probably lose 10lbs and start bulking again. I know that seems like a lot (especially since my weight at the end of my last bulk was 184), but my frame is actually real light for a 5'10" guy. When I broke my foot 2 years ago (same height) and lost all of my muscle at 7% BF I weighed 136... weird. Right now I'd estimate myself to be around 13-14%BF. Point made, my goal for now is 10lb before the next bulk. I could begin sooner, sure, but like I've said before... I'm just kinda sick of the fat Sure can't wait to get some of my size back though. Off to the gym.

Squat: 205 keep
Overheads: 105 keep
Rows: 165 up 5
B/T/A/P: done

So this is a week late... Last week was insane, working 12 hour days of heavy landscaping and having to run every day was really getting me. Only got to the gym on Monday.

Squat: 205 keep for form
Bench: 165 keep
DL: 310 up 5
Accessories: done

I'll post up today's work later on, and also begin my weight loss journal. I need to hold myself accountable, and I figured the risk of online embarrassment was as good an idea as any My scale is notoriously inaccurate, and unfortunately I don't know if a decent one is in the budget right now. I'll keep using this and hope it goes decently, I *should* be right around 170-172lb right now (the last reading I posted was definitely wrong). Does anyone still have that 'Harris-Elliot' excel file that they could email me? The website was taken down and I can't find the program anywhere.

Your DL is very strong in relation to your other lifts. What kind of program are you thinking of starting?

Calories eaten: 2,200
PT: dead tired, weak ass 35 min bike

I haven't looked hard enough at any specific programs, cutting or otherwise. I'll be doing some better research this week (finally have regular access to a computer now that I have a new hard drive)and starting whatever program I choose on Monday. Probably something cutting-related, though I'm not sure how those do with strength retention so I'm not biased.

Calories eaten: est. 2,300
PT: 20min elliptical cause I left my workout shoes at the house. Fail.
Lifted

Another tired day (as tomorrow will be, then things will cool down a bit). I was still real sore (amazing how sore you will get after only a week off of lifting), tried some light squats but canned the idea after a bit. Did the rest with a buddy so didn't follow everything strictly, more just enjoyed it. Went to dinner with said buddy later, which is why I came in perhaps a bit high for daily calories Darn beer...

Squats: nope!
Overheads: 105 up 5 if I somehow wind up on SS still next week
Rows: 165 up 5 same deal
Everything else: done

Calories eaten: est. 2,300
PT: 3.5-4 mile run, somewhere around 7:45 pace

I'll start keeping better track of calories soon, these are close enough estimates but I'm going back to FitDay to make sure I'm getting my macros in.

Lifted

I'm planning on keeping Saturday as my normal cheater day, but given what was going on today I just switched for the week. Now that my new hard drive showed up I have time to research programs in depth, will start that tomorrow.

Fatigue was big today.
Squat: 205 goin nowhere fast...
Bench: 165 couldn't even complete the 2nd set
DL: 320 keep-ish
Accessories: done

Default Update

Turns out saturday and sunday were pretty bad eating days as well, so last week turned into something of a bust. I got a 6mi run in saturday, sunday was off.

Mon 8/25
Calories eaten: 1,900
PT: 13mi bike ride at 19.5mph

I'll restart this week in the new journal I'll be posting up when I start the new program today. Weight today said 168.0, though yesterday it told me I was at 170.6. I hate this thing.
