Ha.. it's good times. I will definitely miss college, but not weeks like this! Heading up to the Presque Isle area in NLP MI early on the 17th. Buddies place, two room shack on 160 private acres :)

So this being the week from hell, I don't have time to lift today, either. I've slept 4 hours in the past two nights (all yesterday), and still have an assload to do. I will not frigging miss this.

Well after the week from hell, deer camp, and the rest of the week I was only able to get in the gym once (Fri the 16th), did the same workout as today. Nice to get back, wish I hadn't been gone. I've lost a little size, not much strength. Dropped 5lb off of most of my lifts just because I knew I'd been off, but will be back to normal soon. Not sure about the B workout, haven't done that in a while...

Squat: 230 (keep)
Bench: 170 (up 5)
DL: 315 (keep, start using wrist straps)
Pullups: 2x8 45lb keep
DB curl: 2x10 40lb keep and improve form
Tri ext: 2x10 80lb up reps

Still feeling pretty sore today, so decided to hold off. Also did something weird to my lats during pullups today... strained em a bit it feels like. I don't know what happened, but hopefully that clears up soon..

I'm in a world of hurt :biglaugh:

Rows: 180 keep
Pullups: 45 keep
Tri ext: 2x10 80 up reps
Abs: done

Time to reset my DL. Been stuck for a while, and it's waaay harder than it should be.

Squat: 230 keep
Bench: 175 keep
DL: 315 reset to 285
Dips: 45 up 5
Bi curl: 2x8 45 keep
Abs: done

I was feeling motivated today, so went at the DL's again. Felt good, I'm going to try an increase. Squats may have stalled again, gonna try again on monday and go from there.

Squat: 230 keep
Bench: 175 keep
DL: 315 up 5
Dips: 50 up 5
DB curl: 2x10 40 up reps
Abs: done.

On a side note, today is my 21st. Not anticipating any great strength gains over the weekend :beerchug:

On another side note, it is also Pearl Harbor Day.
