Reset the overheads. Squats were real hard, surprising as they're reset (on the other hand my trips to the gym have been horrendously infrequent lately). Row form was good
Squat: 210 keep
Overhead: 100 up 5
Rows: 165 up 5
Pullups: 37.5 up 2.5
Tri ext: 2x12 w/ 80 up 5
DB curl: 2x8 w/ 45 keep
Abs: done

Squats felt better today, forgot the wrist straps (d'oh) so I kept the last weight on DL's, which hurt. Will increase next time when I am properly equipped.
Squat: 210 up 5
Bench: 160 up 5
DL: 320 up 5 (bring straps)
Pullups: 40 keep
Tri ext: 2x12 w/ 85, up to 90
DB curl: 2x8 w/ 45, up reps
Abs: done

Everything felt good this day (writing later), but I felt a twinge in my back later on (still not sure what caused this) and for the past two days have been almost unable to move due to back pain. Hopefully I'll be able to lift by Friday, but we'll see.
Squat: 215
Overheads: 105
Rows: 170
DB curl: 2x9 w/ 45
Tri ext: 2x12 w/ 85
I'm going to keep everything at those weights after this long break I'm apparently having...

I hate setbacks.
Did the bench and some other minor stuff today, back still shouldn't be doing squats/deadlifts/rows. I can't wait to see how much strength I've lost...
Bench: 160 up 5
Pullups: 2x9 w/ 35 keep
Tri ext: 2x12 w/ 85 up to 90
DB curl: 2x8 w/ 45 up reps
Abs: done

Bi curls: switched to full range of motion, 2x11 w/ 35 keep
Tri ext: 2x11 w/ 90, keep
Abs: done

Kinda hard to stretch it, but I've been putting heat on it and got a massage or two. It's mostly healed, just don't want to rush back into things. Starting the rest of the core lifts again on monday. It will be nice to be back! (er.. no pun intended)
Bench: 170 up 5
Pullups: 1x12, 1x11 w/ 35 shoot for 2x12
Bi curl: 2x10 w/ 35 up reps
Tri ext: 2x11 w/ 90 up reps
Abs: done

Feeling a little light headed today, but didn't seem to affect anything if I told myself to get over it. Bi/tri workouts were cut short due to some arm pain, should be back in time to start sqatting/etc again on monday.
Bench: 175 keep
Pullups: weight belts mysteriously disappeared, so I just did a bodyweight workout- 1x21, 2x15
Bi/Tri: done-ish.
Abs: done

Pullups: 1x12, 1x9 w/ 35lb. shoot for 2x12
