Today felt good. Finally progressing on squats, backed off on my overheads and fixed the problems, and form is finally feeling better on rows.
Squats: 225 inc 5
Overhead: 100 inc 5
Rows: 175 inc 5
Pullups: 42.5 stuck... maybe a 5x5 next time?
Abs: done
DB curl: 2x9 w/ 45 keep
Tri ext: 2x11 w/ 70 inc to 12 reps
