Haven't seen progress yet, just due to saturday being a real bad day for lifting. Started into a 3x3 program to switch it up a bit. Think there's something that would do better?

Been up 34 hours and counting. I've written an essay, spent 8 hours framing a house, studied for a test, gone to class, and written part of another essay. Someday I'll get to sleep. No lifting today...

So after the first week of hell was the second, during which my hard drive decided to retire at the worst possible day the entire semester (half an hour after I finished typing a 7 page report, nonetheless). This translated into 7 hours of sleep in 4 days, and with the last insane week combined almost two full weeks sans lifting. Finally got back yesterday. That's my fun excuse

Dropped squats down a few lbs just due to the time off, did semi-decent. Moved to a 5x5 for the bench as I'm sick of no progress, and will be moving to preacher curls and dips because my wrist pain that I thought left a few weeks ago is back due to the stuff I'm currently doing

Squat: 225 up 5
Bench: 5x5 155 up 5
DL: 330 up 5
Pullups: light weighted stuff + bodyweight
Abs/bis/tris: done
