All I know is that this is the LAST day of the past 3 weeks of hell. I've actually slept 35 hours this week, as opposed to ~25 last week. Got some rest today after an all nighter (like tonight will be), and was feeling good enough to hit the gym in addition to my other workout.

Squats: 230 keep for form
Bench: 5x5 160 up 5
DL: 335 keep! ow.
Pullups: 3x9 w/ 45lb. missed last rep, been doing bodyweight for a while
Hammers: 3x10 40lb, up reps
Dips: kind of screwed up today, will start with 55lb friday
Abs: done

I know the feeling
You're going to like the program. It' straightforward and hard to screw up, and the gains you see (at least if you're new to lifting) are enough to keep you motivated and in the gym alone for a while. Plenty of good knowledge about the program around this site. Feel free to pm me/make a post if you have any questions. Good luck!

I put on 15lb in my bulking cycle, and not a whole lot of that was fat. Of course, I already had a decent base layer of fat, but that's going away now

Off to the gym... hopefully this stretch of missing days ended with last friday!

Just wanted you to know that this gave me a good chuckle. Lol, I don't mean to laugh at your misfortune but what a funny way to put it. Keep it up man. You're moving along great.
