Which is the right way? I was doing it the latter way. I just tried it the docs way today and its much easier then the way I used to do it. |
there are stiff knee and bent knee gm's i think. bent knee would get the ass sticking out like an rdl.

DE SQUAT Flat DB Press: 45 x (4 x 15) - Plus 5 lbs, still extremely easy. Banded Squats: 225 (+ Lights) x (8 x 2) - Went a lot lighter because my lower back is still sore from the GM's. Dimel Deadlifts: 225 x 20 - Super fast for the last 6 reps. But, lol, my back said no, and I listened. Bulgarian Squats: 35's x 10, 10 - Easier on the back. Did these ballistically, no rest between sets. Standing Abs: 4 sets heavy Leg Raises: 2 x 10 |

I see Pity already pointed that out as well. LOL everybody is ON. |
Yeah straight leg GMs would be like SLDL but harder because of the mechanical disadvantage of the weight positioning I would think. I'm just basing this off of my knowledge of physics/mechanics.
