ME SQUAT

Reverse Band Deadlift: 225 x 5, 315 x 3, 405 x 1, 495 x 1, 545 x 1, 585 x 0
- Smoked 545, so I figured 585 was good. Got a few inches off the floor. Should've stuck with 565ish for a top set. Choked lights on pin 5'9" off the floor, thus reducing the weight by 65 on bottom.

Low Pullthroughs (200 x 4 x 10) ss w/ Hypers (25 x 4 x 10)

Heavy Standing Abs: 200 x 3 x 8
- Whatever the stack was.

EDIT: My miss was with 585, not 595 lol.

Low mimicks the squat, so wide stance w/ bent leg. I arch my back with those which puts more stress on my hammeis. I also do regular pullthroughs w/ a medium stance, rouned back. Both are great.

It's hit or miss with the vids fellas. It's my daughter's digital, and she usually takes it to school.. So if it's there, I'll snag it for you, otherwise, we're SOL.

That's where I've been training lately. Their site's been updated with pics of all their comps, training pics, and of course equipment. Good articles too LOL.

Wednesday Night: Extra Workout

Banded Extensions: 4 x 50 (5 minutes)

Banded Single Leg Curls: 3 x 30 per leg (5 minutes)

Banded Goodmornings: 5 minutes total

15 minutes to get the blood pumping.. It's a long night lol. I'll do a bunch of abs work when I head home before bed.
