The buffalo bar kept the bar high on my back and off my shoulders which made it way harder IMHO

Totally agree, i like to squat like this too, helps to keep you from falling forward in a normal squat, strengthens the back alot for deadlifting too.

ME BENCH These next two weeks I'll be using Repetition Effort.
My finger is an inch or two outside the power rings Bench Press: 225 x 5, 255 x 3, 275 x 3, 300 x 8
- I was gunning for a 6 RM and hit eight reps. I tried starting w/ 80% as a guage. Next week I'll use 310-315.
Incline Neutral Press: 100 x 8, 8, 5
Flat Neutral Press: 80 x 10, 10
- Wasn't used to repetition effort, so I went too heavy. 80's would've easily brought me through 7-8 sets worth of hammer grip inclines.
One Hand Pressdowns ss w/ Reverse One Handed Pressdowns: 80 lbs x 10, 10 (4 sets per arm)
Face Pulls: 180 x 10, 10, 10, 10
Hammer Curls: 35's for a few sets of 15's

There, that better?! Competition illegal. Everything I write down I just copy Simmons lol.
I actually probably could've hit another one or two.. I told my spotter that I was going for six, so after six flew up, he started going to grab it. I let my breath out to tell him to get away because I wanted to keep going.

DE SQUAT
Flat Bench: 135 x 15 (closegrip), 15 (widegrip)
- Trying something different. Needed a break from DB's because my chest/shoulders are killing me to get some blood flowing.
Banded DE Squat: 275 x (4 x 2), 295 x 2, 315 x 2, 335 x 2, 365 x 2
- Kept bands on for work up after speed sets. Didn't sit back far enough for the last set, so I ended there (too much back). 60-90 seconds between workup sets.
Gluteham Raise: bw x 8, +10 x (5 x 5)
- 90 seconds
T-Bar Rows: 315 x (4 x 10)
- 90 seconds, wide grip
Oblique Machine: 180 x (3 x 10) per side
- 60 seconds

Here's my Buffalo Bar GM's. The buffalo bar is way easier on the shoulders, but the bar sits really high. I tried a much wider stance as well which seems to put more pressure on my lower back than my usual stance.
Funny thing about GM's is that the harder it gets, you can still do more lol. I quit after the 335 x 3.
FYI - If the video is "no longer available", it's because Youtube is doing site maintenance yet again.

Light (Purple) bands + 335 lbs for a heavy double. And wouldn't you know it, I tried recording the 365, which I was able to get me walking to the bar before it said, "Memory card is full".

I was just thinking that yesterday, doing concentric gm's! (I can't really do regular ones). It's gets hard as hell yet I can do more, lol you have to say enough is enough at some point and it's difficult.
Great vids. Super box squat.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
