I remember those ab wheels. We use to use them all the time when we were kids. I don't think I would be able to do it from my feet anymore , but it sure is a nice goal to shoot for.

Good luck with it , they're hard !

Aside from the years of conjugate training, I've always done extremely well with a 3 day template like this. The only thing new to me is limiting myself to only 2 assistance exercises after the compound. I love that aspect probably the most since it still takes me almost an hour to get through all the warmups and 2 exercises lol.

Tuesday

Deadlift

Wave 2

395 x 3
415 x 3
440 x 3 -AMAP

Deadlift – 395 x 3, 415 x 3, 440 x 5
- I was at the 24 Hour gym, and they use those hexagon type of plates which fucked with me every time I paused on the floor. I could've gone for more, but after #5 I let out a, "Fuck these plates!" which took away most of my air against my belt LOL.

Gluteham Raise - 3 x 10

Abs Wheel - 3 x 10
- First time doing these and my entire stomach is already killing me lol.
