I do that already because I'm weak from extending all the way down lol. It takes me a few seconds to start crunching back up.

Bench – 285 x 3, 305 x 3, 320 x 4
- Didn't have a lift-off, or a spotter lol, so I didn't get as many as I wanted.

Incline Press - 4 x 8-10 w/ 225 lbs
- 2 minutes timed.

Hammer Rows - 5 x 8 w/ 315 lbs
- 2 minutes timed.

Damn, you know, my diet has been absolutely superb all week long.. Now I'm having my postworkout shake(s) of Sam Adams Winterfest. I was so sad to see the Octoberfest go, but as an Marine, I adapt and overcome LOL.
