Chest Day today... have to do a little improv lifting-wise this week. Wednesday - Chest ; Thursday - Back ; Saturday - Arms
Then Chest again on Monday. Hectic schedule coming up, so only beach muscles these next two weeks.
Next Thursday through Sunday will be a tennis tournament I'm competing in, so that'll have to suffice as my workout.
On target with diet, so no worries there.

Current pic and a collage I made for this year, 2008:
(Don't know if you can see it on the current pic, but I got a huge bruise on my right arm lower tricep from crashing trying the spins on wakeboard)
