haha, I'm actually wearing shorts, but thought it would be funny to put the little black censor bar in there.

Back Day today
(start with heaviest weight manageable and decrease weight each set)

Bent Over Rows 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 reps
Bench Rows 6, 8, 10, 12, 15
Pull Ups 5, 7, 7, 10, 9
Bent Over Laterals 6, 8, 10, 12, 15

I sure am glad I don't rely on the local high school gym for weights anymore. I normally go there on back day because I don't have any cable machines in my apartment for seated rows or pulldowns. However, the gym was closed at the usual 6 PM I have been going to workout at.
For pullups, I improvised a little bit by laying the bar across the top of the squat rack and using some bands to keep the bar from accidentally sliding up and off the rack while doing pullups. Worked decently enough, but my wrists started hurting a little since the bar would twist a little bit.

Watching the U.S. Open match between Roddick and Djokovic.. close match
