2 sets of warmup first, but I'm just following the workout included with the diet at www.cutdiet.com

it's a different stress on the muscles. I'm no good at explaining the reasoning behind it, just that it is working for me. I'm getting great results from this program, so I figure I'm not gonna fix what's not broken.

besides, something's going right because I haven't had this kind of success (physique-wise) on any other program. I've had great strength increases using other programs like the 5x5 or DC training, but not as good "bodybuilder" success.

been lifting since I was 19, now 23. before that it was all sports-specific tennis training with no weight lifting, one of the regrets of the past.

did arm day yesterday:
dips + dumbbell curls superset
cable triceps pulldown + cable curls superset
shrugs

was going to do arm day today, but played grueling tennis match today and going to be moving furniture.

will be doing leg day tomorrow.
