Everytime you guys talk about these imaginary maxes I get a stabbing pain in the back of my head. I know you're trying to make me bust a vein. Stop it. I'm old!

hahahahha....Nah, 405 is a bit away for me. What I am going to do is read mike robertson and eric cressey's neanderthal articles. I believe I may be suffering from a posture problem which may be hampering my progress.

Yeah I have excessive lordosis.

Damn my eyes hurt from reading all this....I had to read 100 pages on the Ottoman empire for class today and now this!!!

I did the self assessment test with the pictures and stuff...now I need to figure out how to solve the problem of Excessive Lordosis. I think I may have skipped this part.
