I got my BMR (the book explains it) and got my minimum number of calorie intake (the book explains this too) and I have been making small changes to my lifestyle and getting here

I am actually eating a LOT less than before. The way I calculated it, before I read Leigh's book I was eating 4000-4500 calories. Thats like 500-1000 cals above maintenance...no wonder I was getting huge!

That's where I'm at now, 4500-5000, except I'm maintaining a fairly constant weight (180-184). Sometimes eating sucks.
