After 3 warm up sets 210 x 8 230 x 6 250 x 4 270 x 3 280 x 2 290 x 1 250 x 8 1/2...suppose to do 4 Next week gonna try the 315 routine Close Grip Bench 135 x 12 185 x 10 205 x 8 incline DB 60 x 12 60 x 12 60 x 12 cable push down 9 x a lot ...like over 30 9 x a lot ....over 30 9 x a lot 25ish Gonna try and log my work outs...only lift 2 - 3 days a week b/c of work and study'n and living w/ the gf now so im gonna see what I can work in here...let me know what yah think |
