250 x 8 1/2...suppose to do 4

Next week gonna try the 315 routine

9 x a lot 25ish


Gonna try and log my work outs...only lift 2 - 3 days a week b/c of work and study'n and living w/ the gf now so im gonna see what I can work in here...let me know what yah think
