Default End of cycle overview.

So how was everything? F'ing amazing. I think me getting hurt at MMA helped me realize how much energy I was using. Since I didn't go to MMA at all during my intensity phase I was able to jump from 213.5lbs. with 12.8% BF to ........ 219.5lbs. with only 13.3% bf...

This means I'm sitting at about 190lbs of Lean muscle now.. that's about 4lb increase. My thighs alone have almost grown an inch.. I'm not lying when I say this. Next time I'm def. doing 2 5x5's back to back and end with 3x3.

so I love this routine and can't wait to try it again in September, (I have alot of routines I want to try). Another thing, I need to eat more. Now that I'm starting back up on MMA training I'm going to up my Cals. to almost 4000 just to see if I can continue to make gains. Thanks for your help everybody.
