gone from rack pullups to doing them straight with B/W for 2 sets of 8 tonight. i think instead of adding weight to these i'll work on adding a rep to each set until i'm getting 12x2 with B/W

my last 2 reps on deads were not so good tonight so i wont add anymore weight until i get all 5 with acceptable form.

i'm microloading on almost all the lifts now, mostly 2 and a 1/2lb jumps each time but still havent stalled on squats, bench, deads or rows yet and only missed the last rep of the 3rd set on chins the other day so most likely will nail them all next time

i'm finding the biggest challenge squatting now is keeping the bar in position on my back, but that'll get better with more practice using this heavier weight.

i'm using creatine for the first time in several years (I think) but not sure if this is having much effect or not as i almost always forget to take the shit except on my w/o days

regardless, i'm almost back up to 160lbs but my pants fit just as loose around the waist as 2 months ago which i am really LOVING!

woo hoo, i'm HUGE, lol!

btw does anyone know of an ab exercise more painful than Dragon Flags???

Save all that money wasted on creatine and go buy a squat suit.

Problem solved!!

Are you squatting highbar or low bar?

actually the creatine was really cheap otherwise i woulda never bought it in the first place. buy one get one free as well.

i just put the bar where it sits best, right above my rear delts....i guess that's low bar???
let me put it another way, if i put it any lower it will fall down, if i put it any higher it will be on top of my traps, lol.

i think i've isolated the problem though....i think when i get to those last 1 or 2 really tough reps i am bringing my elbows foward on the way back up, which of course brings the shoulders forward with them, and is not giving the bar enough of a "ledge" to sit on. i'm gonna pay real close attention to that tomorrow and see how it goes.

i cant believe how sore my forearms are today from those damn pullups! i'm doing chins with almost 30lbs added to my belt so its really surprising to me that 2 sets of b/w pullups would have any after effects the next day.

wrap some towels around that pullup bar and hang onto those....that will give you the sore(er) forearms
