Keep hockin up those green meanies and you should be good to go in no time lol.

Good call on laying off the meds. You definitely want a level head when you're hitting the gym. Hopefully it clears up soon big man.

Nah, a few weeks back I was having migranes pretty bad. Not a good stretch lol. Usually, I only get sick once every couple of years. So to be positive, I'm getting it over with.

I have a membership at L.A. Fitness, and my wife has one at 24 Hour Fitness. So I usually do my small extra workouts or cardio at the 24 hour with her pass. This morning I woke myself up at 3:30 am to get some HIIT in. Of course my gym L.A. Fitness is never fucking open. So for the first time in six months, they don't let me "piggyback" on her pass.. Rediculous lol. On the one day I wake up early, there was a problem.

I already was awake, so I did a prison workout at my neighborhood park.

Sled Drag - 90 lbs, 30 seconds timed.
Forward Drag - 6 trips (200 ft. per)
Backward Drag - 4 trips (100 ft. per)

Feet Elevated Pushups - 3 x 15

Neutral Grip Pullups (on the monkey bars) - 2 x 8

Wide Pullups (side of monkey bar) - 2 x 8

Banded Abs - 4 x 15

In case anyone's following along, I've decided to just keep updating my week's worth of training all inside one post. So I'll be editing in each week, which won't be bumping my journal back up.

I like being able to go back and look at every week without running through ten pages.

That's a good idea. Way to squeeze a decent workout out of that situation.

monkey bars were a great idea for neutral grip.

Yeah, it's a small hole to put my head through. But it was a lot easier than the widegrip ones. I had to go thumbless on the outside of the monkey bars because of how thick it is. And it didn't help that it was wet either.

Hey, everyone, including DH...if you saw what I wrote on the GUS front page a week or so ago in regards to the very same comment that is in DH's signature...

I had NO idea that was his signature. I hadn't noticed cuz I've been in and out so fast lately. It was a big coincidence that I happend upon the comment by Pavel again and felt compelled to comment on it.

I don't know if anybody noticed buy I know that DH did and I just wanted to be public about it. I would never do that passive aggressive stuff. Everyone knows I don't do that, I hope, by now.

BTW...the second line I couldn't agree more with. Of course it's so very very true. It's only the hyperbole about lifting a car that gets under my skin. If you read my comments you see that I don't disagree with the idea that sparked the quote...just the exaggeration of the quote itself.

BTW...only the car quote is Pavel. The other part is CT.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
