- Good hard day. Beat last times numbers across the board. I should've done 405 for deadlifts, but I thought 395 was +20 lbs from last time. Oh well.

Update on my journal.

I have been blasting for 5 weeks. Super strength/mass progress in the gym. However, since I was out with my pec tear, I sat around getting fat.. My muscle memory certainly helped gain my muscle back easily enough, and strength continues to climb. But, the fat hasn't packed it's bags as quick as I'd like.

I admit that when it comes to gaining strength and mass, I've had unbelievable success. That aspect I'm a self proclaimed master at. Fat loss is something fairly new to me..Being a now reformed bulker for life! So, being summer time and since I plan on flying back east to see my family, I want to devote all summer to cutting down the fat, so this fall, I can switch gears and powerbuild starting off with minimal fat compared to before.. I'm getting some personal training for cutting.

Good Luck, Dan. Sometimes it's good to put yourself in someone else's hands for a while. You and me are the exact opposite. Cutting fat's no problem for me. It's gaining without adding 3 lbs of fat for every added pound of muscle where I struggle.

What sort of diet will you follow during your cut?

Whets your supplement stack looking like these days?

Well holy shit! I see you lurking all the time. We should have a coming out party!

Diet was basically 400 protein, trace carbs a la veggies except for breakfast and around working out, and an adequate amount of fats..Six meals.

Supplement stack is as unimpressive as I can make it. I got Vitargo, cee, and whey isolate.
