Yeah, I just did that once, cause I was pressed for time, didn't want to have to wait an hour before heading to the gym.. :)

I use to use WM before and during my workout . The best thing is you don't have to wait to feel it. But that was when I was trying to put on some weight.

When I'm being strict, I don't have fat in my pre workout shake..it will just slow the digestion/absorption of that protein.
Last week I had a Big Mac, fries, and a coke immediately before my workout. Do as I say, not as I do. :D |
