Nov 16/08

Been out of commission all week with a stomach thing.. :(

Will do some B workouts for a while till I'm 100%..

Stomach still tender, so not eating my 7 meals a day, and am eating stuff like bread and other easily digestible stuff..


Workout B

10 minute w/u run.

SPLIT SQUAT

nwx10x2
50x5x3

BOSU PUSHUPS

25, 11, 10

DEADLIFT

90x5x1
180x5x2

CHINUPS

10, 6, 5

Post WO shake:

70g waxy maize, 30g whey, 5g Creatine.

I dunno..

I sure feel 'em the next day.. LOL

I use that little machine thingy that cradles tha back of your head, put my hands in the middle of that bar in the front..

What were the alternatives you were suggesting before?

Whoa... Off day! Couldn't get anywhere near what I had almost gotten up to (130).. Back to 110 for a while, I guess!

DEADLIFT

90x5x2
200x5x1

CHINUPS

10, 6, 5

FRONT and SIDE PLANKS

30s each

HANGING LEG RAISES


10x3
