Weight after bm and bf = 215. WORKOUT A SQUAT 50x5x2 110x5x3 Going lighter with these for a while, see if I've just been adding too much load on my knees too soon.. Will work on making sure I'm not going too far forward, and that I go low enough.. BENCH PRESS 50x7x2 110x5x3 Going lighter here, too.. Dunno why I can't hack it at 130 anymore.. That 2 weeks off (1 week no WO, 1 week push-ups) must have hurt me more than I realized.. BULGARIAN SQUATS Am I hurting my squat (knees) doing 2 leg workouts in one day? Time to get serious again.. Been loosy-goosy with the workouts, too.. Less weight, hopefully better form, mixing up the A's with the B's and C's, etc.. Anyhoo.. Laying off the deadlifts for a bit..
Playing it safe and doing different leg excersizes like split squats, Bulgarian, regular squats.. I definitely am feeling the burn more with the split and Bulgarian squats.. Diet is still a struggle, especially with all the Christmas stuff.. :( Doing my best, but definitely looking at getting strict again with my 3 mile weekend runs (which is oddly preferable to passing on the gingerbread men).. |
