Son of a BITCH!! Alright.. Christmas is over, no more excuses.. Time to straighten up and fly right, diet-wise! Going to start keeping track of everything I eat again.. 2 miles of cross country skiing. SQUATS 70x5x2 150x5x3 BENCH PRESS 60x5x2 145x5x3 100x5x2 CHINUPS 10lbsx10x5x5 SIDE AND FRONT PLANKS 30 sec each |
you can't do more than 30 sec of planks yet?

I can go for closer to a minute on front planks.. |

there is nothing wrong with trying to improve plank time...
it's just kinda like bench pressing 100 pounds every single time you bench press....and that's all you do. ya know? |

But I'm kinda wiped by the time I get to them.. And I never used to be able to do 30 sec.. |
