Gotta get deadlifts back into the rotation..

I'll go lighter, see if I can keep my back from rounding (was rounding like a mofo at 180, apparently..).


BULGARIAN SQUAT

CHIN UPS

10lbs x 10, x 5, x 5

HANGING LEG RAISES

10x3

I also need to get bsck into an A, B, C rhythm..

Alright.. Christmas is over, no more excuses..

Time to straighten up and fly right, diet-wise!

Going to start keeping track of everything I eat again..

30 seconds on side planks..

I can go for closer to a minute on front planks..

there is nothing wrong with trying to improve plank time...

it's just kinda like bench pressing 100 pounds every single time you bench press....and that's all you do. ya know?

Nope, nothing at all..

But I'm kinda wiped by the time I get to them..

And I never used to be able to do 30 sec..

My knees KILL after doing squats..

I dunno what I'm doing wrong, but it's not worth having 2 bum knees.. :(

Will stick to split squats and Bulgarian squats from now on...
