Weight: 225 SPLIT SQUATS nwx5x2 50x5x3 PRESS 50x5x2 90x5x3 CHINUPS 10x5x5 BACK EXTENTIONS 10x3 I know, I know.. I've been hitting the same numbers for a while on a bunch of excersizes.. I'll quit babying myself, I promise.. This squat thing is really disillusioning.. As is the deadlift form problem |
Can you post up some videos? You've been lifting for a few months. You need to get those wrinkles in your form ironed out.

Trouble is there is NOBODY around whenever I go to work out.. But I can always just set it on something flat farther out.. I'll get on it, Ross.. promise.. |

The good thing about putting on that much weight is your strength should go up :D
